Order

1) Browse through our catalogue.

2) Click on your desired item, select the colour/design then click on “Add to Bag”. Alternatively, you may email us at enquiries@kidzparadise.com.sg regarding any product queries.

3) Confirmation of Order - An email acknowledgement will be sent to you. If the product is out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. You may then choose to cancel or change your product order.

4) If you are getting the BUNDLE OF JOY package, as part of our value added service, we will gift wrap the product for you. Do indicate whether you need us to gift wrap for you.

Payment Methods

All Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars.

1) Cash payment can be made upon Delivery.

2) Bank-to-Bank Transfer may be made via UOB/OCBC/POSB/DBS.

3) Paypal.

Delivery

1) Delivery is limited to addresses within Singapore excluding P.O Box Addresses.

2) Delivery of products will be made within 5-7 working days upon confirmation of orders.

We will try our very best to deliver your items within the time specified. However, Kidz Paradise will not be liable for any failure to deliver within that specified time.

DELIVERY CHARGES

3) We do have an option for you to have your items delivered by Normal Postage via SingPost. However,we are not responsible for lost postage via normal mail. Registered mail is encouraged. Additional charges of S$2.50 will be paid by buyer. Payment has to be made by Bank-to-Bank Money Transfer only. We apologized for any inconvenience caused.

Return and Exchange Policy

We, at Kidz Paradise, would like to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we are glad to accept a return or exchange. However, for the diapers, they must not be worn or washed. It must also be in its original condition.

Kidz Paradise does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.

All return and exchange must be made within 5 working days.

Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded.
